Administration Support / Letting Negotiator
An exciting and challenging opportunity has arisen for an outgoing, enthusiastic and motivated individual to join the letting agency team at Hafren Properties on penarth road, Cardiff.
The main purpose of the role is to assist with the administration side of the business. In addition to this, the role will be varied and will include serving and advising customers, conducting viewings, meeting sales targets, dealing with property management, assisting with everyday duties within the letting agency and providing support to the letting agency team.
The person we are looking for must have a positive, friendly, polite and patient manner, a full UK driving licence, be I.T. literate and have excellent communication skills. Previous experience of working in a letting agency or similar environment would be an advantage however not essential . As we are always trying to both improve the service we provide and streamline our workloads and processes, the successful applicant must be forward thinking, highly organised and be able to work on their own initiative.
Working hours are 9.00am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday although occasional flexibility during evenings and weekends may be required subject to the demands of the business.
Salary: £20,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
