South Riverside Community Development Centre (SRCDC) are recruiting for 3 new roles within an exciting project funded by the Paul Hamlyn Foundation. The ‘Sustaining Grassroots Empowerment Project’ is funded until March 31st 2026.

The main aim of the project is to create opportunities/spaces for migrant individuals and communities to share their lived experiences, voice their needs, highlight challenges and aspirations and influence the structures/policies affecting their lives. In addition to this will be the development of a ‘Migrant Community Engagement Strategy’.

We are recruiting into the following roles:

1 x Project Lead

Salary: £30,000 pro rata (depending on experience, plus 5% employers contribution to pension)

Hours: 21hrs per week (Flexible)

2 x Community Connectors

Salary: £23,660 pro rata (depending on experience, plus 5% employers contribution to pension)

Hours: 14hrs per week (Flexible)
