South Riverside Community Development Centre works in partnership with Women Connect First, Horn Development Agency, Oasis Cardiff and the New Economics Foundation. The project involves finding solutions and removing barriers within the field of in-work poverty within the BAME communities of Cardiff.

What is involved
The Manager will be responsible for a small staff team working across Cardiff in the respective partner agencies. The manager will have the skills and experience of working with people, effectively listening to their needs, issues and ideas. Essential skills for this post are – project and staff management, partnership working,influencing skills.
