SRCDC Room Hire Charges  from 1st June 2023

“The Riverside Warehouse is an ideal venue for holding rehearsals and meetings. It’s within walking distance of Cardiff Central Station which is an added bonus!

The staff are friendly and helpful  and are more than happy to oblige when rehearsal times and dates have had to be changed.

The main space is an ideal size for working in and the Warehouse also houses an extra room which can be used as a green room/ dressing room or meeting room. It’s a great space to rehearse in and a great find! “

A deposit is payable of £50 on all bookings. All wedding/party bookings in the Warehouse will be required to hire the hall, kitchen and window room and a £200 deposit is required.

£50.00 Cleaning Bond.   Refundable after successful inspection of premises. June 2023.

Room Hire conditions:

  1. All rubbish is to be bagged up and taken away with you.

  2. The room(s) should be left in the same condition as found.

  3. Rubbish and waste must be swept up and placed in the rubbish bins.

  4. Furniture & equipment must not be taken away and should be returned to store.

  5. You are responsible for the security and safety of the room(s) and access to them, and for all fire exits to be clear of obstacles.

  6. The security alarm is operated by the Centre; if, however, the security alarm sounds, please telephone the Caretaker.

  7. If the fire alarm sounds, follow the ‘Fire Action’ advice, and call the Caretaker.

  8. If you need setting up or taking down time these will be chargeable.
