Chicken Curry with chickpeas and potatoes
Ingredients
Sunflower oil
Onion
Ginger
Tomatoes
Garlic
Curry Powder
Tumeric
Chilli Powder
Dry Coriander
Dried Spinach
Potatoes
Chicken as required
Chickpeas tinned or other
Method – consult video
Fry onion in sunflower oil till brown and add ginger, tomatoes, garlic.
Add curry powder, turmeric, chilli powder, dry coriander.
Fry these off.
Then cube potato and later chicken then boiled chickpeas.
Add the dried Fenugreek / Spinach
Leave for about 20 minutes to simmer slowly until all ingredients cooked. Test potato with a fork.
Add hot water if it starts to dry out.
