On Tuesday the 26th May Liam from Fareshare Cymru gave a demonstration of preparing food that was available in this weeks pantry.
He made flatbreads on a skillet; and prepared a grated vegetable salad including Cauliflower, Cabbage and Carrots – together with Spring and Red onion.
Liam prepared a relish dressing to go with the salad. He also answered questions on using other ingedients and gave tips on how to cook Celiriac.
