Motion for discussion and potential adoption at the AGM [27/03/2021]

Adoption of an additional object to those in the current Memorandum of Association. If adopted this will become Clause (1) (C)

75% voting majority required to pass the motion on a minimum of 20 voting members and subject to approval of the Charity Commissioners.

The motion:

1.” to advance, improve, develop and maintain public education in, and appreciation of, the arts   in all its aspects by any means the trustees see fit. “

2. “[Optional] To provide facilities which promote the practice or enjoyment of the arts for recreation or other leisure time occupation and to make them available in the interests of social welfare to individuals who have need of such facilities by reason of their youth, age, infirmity or disablement, financial hardship or social and economic circumstances or for the public at large with the object of improving conditions of life”.
